What does Shipping Cost?
International Shipping always costs $25, no matter what country you're in.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
International orders ship from our facility within 3-5 business days. Depending on the country you're ordering from, transit times can be anywhere from 12-20 business days.
Once your order has been placed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a follow-up email with a tracking number once your order has shipped!

Will I receive a notification once my order has shipped?
Yes! After placing an order, you will receive two emails. One email (containing your order confirmation and order #) should arrive immediately after placing your order. You will receive a second email containing your shipment notification and tracking # once your order has shipped. Please allow 3-5 Business days for your order to ship.
I can't find my tracking number! What do I do?
If you've placed an order with us and have waited the standard 3-5 Business days for your order to ship, yet you still have not received a shipment notification email, please reach out to us at info@speedrunseedsglobal.com, and our customer care team will assist you.
Will my order be packaged discreetly?
All of our orders automatically ship with zero identifying information on the outside of the package. The shipping label will have your name and address, and a discreet return address.
What if my package doesn't arrive?
Please reach out to us at Info@speedrunseedsglobal.com, if your order does not arrive for any reason.
Depending on the status of your package, your order may need to be re-shipped.
If your package does not clear customs upon arrival to your country, we will re-ship the order to you once at no cost to you.
Should the replacement package also fail to clear customs (HIGHLY unlikely), we will ship the order a 3rd time if the customer covers the cost of shipping.
