We do not take returns, or issue refunds on orders once they have arrived to you. If there is any problems, contact our support team at info@speedrunseedsglobal.com and we will do everything we can to solve your problem!

Unfortunately international shipping gods do not always work everyone's favor. If there is an issue with shipping, and it's clear your package isnt going to make it, we will resend your order. Check our Shipping Policy to learn more.

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but you didn't receive it, our customer service team will do what we can to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for package thieves.
