FAQ's

  • Will my order be shipped/packaged discreetly?
    Yes. All orders are shipped in small bubble mailers, with nothing on the package indicating what's inside!
  • Are Freebies included with Orders through Speedrunseeds.com?
    YES! Freebies are included with every order. Depending on the size of your order, you may receive more seeds than you paid for, OR you might receive some samples of other strains we offer!
  • How do I pay for my order?
    We accept PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp and Venmo. Until we get set up with our payment processor, we cannot process or accept card payments through the site. You'll receive an order confirmation email with instructions to pay for your order.
  • Where will my order be shipped from?
    We ship all orders from Oregon, USA.
  • How do I know when my order will be delivered?
    If you're in the US, once your payment has been processed, your order will be sent to fulfillment and prepared for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a follow-up email with a tracking number. If your order does not arrive, we will reship it to you.
  • Once I've paid for my order, when will it be shipped?
    Because we are still getting our shipping and logistics processes set up, we'll have two shipping days per week until we're able to handle same-day or next-day shipping. All Orders will either ship on Wednesdays or Saturdays. ALL orders placed on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday before 12:00 Noon PST/3:00pm EST will ship every week on Wednesday. Orders placed after 12:00 Noon on Saturdays will also ship on the following Wednesday. Orders placed after 12:00 Noon PST on Wednesday, all orders on Thursdays and Fridays, and all orders placed before 12:00 Noon on Saturdays will ship every week on Saturday.
  • Do you ship outside the US?
    Unfortunately, no not yet. We're working on making that possible for a number of countries, so look out for announcements in the future.
  • What is your policy on returns and refunds?
    We do not take returns, or issue refunds on orders once they have been shipped. If there is any problems, contact our support team and we will do everything we can to solve your problem!
  • I have a question that was not covered by your FAQ section.
